Sampling

For routine monitoring, samples are typically collected Monday through Wednesday to avoid weekend shipping delays. Follow the sampling instructions included with your kit. If shocking is performed, wait 3-5 days before sampling.

Flush the lines for a minimum of two minutes prior to sample collection.

Pooled sampling offers optimal cost efficiency, accommodating up to 10 lines per unit. Alternatively, individual sampling is recommended for diagnostic and troubleshooting purposes.

Results are delivered via email and archived in your online portal.

Report contents vary by test type. Bacterial water tests include microbial results, while additional parameters such as pH and total dissolved solids (TDS) may be included based on the specific test ordered. StandardCheck™ reports also include photographic documentation of the test plate.
